What a week of poker tourneys we’ve had… its been high pressure poker all over the world.  At the end of last week Rijkenberg took the European Poker Tour tourney in San Remo, Italy.  Thats a cool 1.5 million euros for the 20 year old poker pro from Holland.

And then this weekend there was the final of the WPT Championship where Timoshenko took home a cool $2 million in prize money… not bad!

You could also progress from a free bankroll, learning the game and then progressing up to the high stakes poker tourneys, if you gave it a go.  Look at these young guys grinding it out there, sure they’ve worked hard to get there, but you have to admire their tenacity and stamina for hanging in there throughout the tournament, beating some of the best poker players in the world!!
